Over the next few weeks we will share tips for lasting change. Think about change as a journey. Plan for it. Consider where you are now and where you want to be. Know what works for you and what doesn’t. Get excited about it. I recently journeyed to New Zealand. Before going, apart from the obvious things like buying tickets etc., I considered what would make the journey interesting and worthwhile and what might get in the way.
I then got really excited about going and spent time looking up what was on offer there and imagining myself in certain places. This helped me plan out where to go and when. What do you need in place for a journey? Are you ready for change? Can you start to identify people who will support you in a new direction? Who can offer positive support ? This isn’t always immediate family so cast the net wider if you expect them to resist you changing. Then start to get excited about what changes you are going to see over the next few weeks and months. Let the adventure begin. Join us pioneering the first full Ayecan Change Programme
