We are looking for a Cookery TutorAs the New Year approaches you may be thinking it's time for a change..... If you are a new parent or parent to be and want to look at better health for you and your family - join us for a new project - Save pounds (money and weight..) Cook well on a budget: Eat well, think well, move well and drink well. When and where? This 10 week programme starts: Tuesday 21st January Ross Hall,Crieff SDA Church, Gwydyr Road, Crieff Tuesday mornings 9:30-11:30 or Tuesday evenings 6:30pm-8:30pm Who is if for? Priority is given to new parents and parents to be who want to cook healthy foods on a budget and are ready to make small, no cost changes that will improve their health. What's on offer? A 10 week programme delivered in two blocks of 5 weeks. Each week we will cook some foods from scratch and learn about different ways to make small changes for a healthier life for you and your family. What does it cost? There is no charge for the sessions. The programme is supported through Perth and Kinross Council Community Investment Fund. Free crèche for daytime sessions Who is running the sessions?
